Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage food preparation and ensure meals meet nutritional and quality standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Plan menus and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as required.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure regular cleaning and maintenance.
