The Europa Hotel is seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. With 246 rooms and excellent transport links to Horsham and Horley, we provide a dynamic and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast service, ensuring our guests start their day with fresh and delicious meals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to menu specifications.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage breakfast service efficiently, including replenishing food items as needed.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support the Head Chef with any additional kitchen duties as required.
Requirements:
- Have worked as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar position before.
- Knowing the rules about food safety and cleanliness.
- Being able to work quickly and freely in a busy workplace.
- Excellent at keeping things organized and keeping track of time.
- being able to work early shifts, weekends, and vacations.
- A strong desire to cook and a dedication to providing excellent food.
