Ensure food is prepared, stored, and handled according to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain an organized and clean kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and ensure the best quality ingredients are used.
Assist with training and development of kitchen staff.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
Strong culinary skills with creativity and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional food and customer experiences.

Work Hours
