Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate onshore civil engineering projects from start to finish.
- Talk to project managers, engineers, and other important people in a clear way.
- Oversee site operations, managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep track of project paperwork like costs, plans, and safety records and report on it.
- Make sure that all necessary rules and laws are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agent or in a similar site management role, preferably in civil engineering.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Work Hours
- Standard workweek: 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility may be required based on project deadlines and site requirements.
