Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with The Fat Duck’s exceptional standards.
- Work together with the kitchen staff to make sure everything runs smoothly and quickly.
- Follow and maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Assist with menu development and innovation, helping create unique, memorable dining experiences
- Ensure the correct storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by senior kitchen staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or Michelin-starred establishments.
- Strong culinary skills with a creative approach to food preparation and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Work Hours
- 8-hour shifts, typically from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
