Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with The Fat Duck’s exceptional standards.
  • Work together with the kitchen staff to make sure everything runs smoothly and quickly.
  • Follow and maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
  • Assist with menu development and innovation, helping create unique, memorable dining experiences
  • Ensure the correct storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by senior kitchen staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or Michelin-starred establishments.
  • Strong culinary skills with a creative approach to food preparation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
