Fabulous Lulworth Cove Inn is part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of incredible destination inns. Nestled in the breathtaking Natural World Heritage Site of Lulwo.rth Cove on the Jurassic Coast, our inn is a stunning example of a friendly, high-quality English pub that locals and visitors love. Just a stone’s throw from Lulworth Cove and positioned on the South West Coast Path, we offer the perfect spot to enjoy great food and drinks while soaking in the fresh sea air and spectacular local scenery.
The Role
We want enthusiastic and friendly Bar & Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. As part of the front-of-house staff, you will be the face of our inn, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Serving meals and beverages to guests promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and bar areas
- Providing recommendations and answering customer queries
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing laws
- Supporting the team in creating a great atmosphere in the pub
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for great food, drinks, and exceptional service
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
