Job Summary
The Flinders Lane Kitchen & Bar is looking for a quick and friendly Hotel Cashier. You will be in charge of taking tips from customers, running the cash register, and making sure that all deals are done correctly while giving great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and helping them with their payment questions .
- Take correct payments in cash, by card, and online.
- Give people Issue receipts and make sure they get the right amount of change.
- Throughout the shift, take care of deals and keep the cash register fair.
- Assist with questions about price, bills, or ways to pay.
- Organize and fill the area where the cashiers work.
- Work together with the team to make sure customer service runs smoothly.
- Help with simple office work like keeping cash records up to date.
- Always follow the company’s rules for health and safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer-facing role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
